Cooking INN -Weekend Culinary Class

Sharpen your culinary prowess by treating yourself to a weekend of kitchen education and delicious meals.

Upon your arrival on Friday evening, enjoy our “Wine Snob” wine appreciation class. You will learn how taste buds work, how to hold your wine glass to maximize your wine experience, and how to develop your palate. You will also learn how to select a great bottle of wine that will complement any appetizer, meal or dessert. This class is $55 per person and includes appetizers.

On Saturday, enjoy two cooking classes hosted by our Chef de Cuisine, Marc Sleeckx. Menus vary by the weekend, so call ahead for specific information. Each class is $90 per person.

As time allows, you may want to consider touring one of central Ohio’s many food-related business. Nearby are: Eyestone Flower Farm, Elkridge Pheasant Farm, a modern dairy farm, Cooper’s Mill, Vogal, Crown Tower, Shamrock Vineyard, and Bratworks.
