Show Title:  ellery

Ellery is a musical group founded by a Cincinnati, Ohio based couple Tasha and Justin Golden. Their style has been compared to that of Sarah McLachlan, Ben Folds, and alternative folk. Although they are normally described as a duo, backing music is provided by Ric Hordonski – electric guitars, loops, keyboards, Amos Heller – bass, and Josh Seurkamp – percussion, drums.

Show Title: Felix Cavaliere’s Rascals  From 1965 through 1969, The Rascals were one of the biggest groups in the country. With hits including the Felix-sung “Good Lovin’,” “Groovin’,” “A Girl Like You,” and “A Beautiful Morning,” they evolved from blue-eyed soul (a term coined to describe them) to pop psychedelia and jazz fusion. The Rascals’ biggest hit, “People Got to Be Free,” was co-written by Felix and Eddie Brigati as an impassioned response to the assassinations of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy and Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. topping the charts for five weeks in 1968.

Show Title:  The Three Musketeers and Gulliver’s Travels

Two part musical adaptations of The Three Musketeers & Gulliver’s Travels.  The Three Musketeers performance follows four heroes – Athos, Porthos, Aramis and young D’Artagnan, as they thread their way through the political intrigues that surround them, one sword-fight after another. Performed with the unforgettable music of Victor Herbert, Rudolf Friml, Sigmund Romberg and Jay Alan Lerner, this lively retelling is guaranteed to delight all ages.   Gulliver’s Travels tells the tale of shipwrecked Lemuel Gulliver who finds himself on an  island inhabited by very little people. Gulliver must evade King Bambo’s spies and make peace between the kingdoms. Full of tongue in cheek humor and catchy songs, Gulliver’s Travels is based on the novel by Jonathon Swift, with music by Sammy Timberg and Dave Fleischer.
