Tasting Notes:

Late Harvest Zinfandel, Dashe Cellars

This dessert wine is made from grapes grown on the Lily Hill Vineyard in northern Dry Creek Valley. The steep slopes and rocky soil make the vines struggle to survive, which in turn help the vines create very concentrated, complex grapes. Even after waiting an extra four weeks to harvest the grapes, they maintain their acidity and the resulting wine is crisp and clean.

Aroma: Wild cherry, pomegranate, lavender, violets, dried cranberry, black raspberry, cocoa, vanilla, black pepper spice. Taste: Intense, vibrant red fruit – wild cherry, cranberry, pomegranate mixed with darker flavors of black currant, plum, and hints of chocolate and vanilla.

Champagne Latitude, Larmandier-Bernier 

“A base of vintage 2014, this delivers a very charming style with aromas of ripe peach and melon. The palate adds grilled nuts and citrus in a soft, smooth and creamy mode. Good concentration. Drink now.”

Chloe Prosecco, Chloe Wines

Chloe Prosecco is bursting with fresh fruit flavors and fine bubbles with notes of peach, green apple, citrus and floral. Opulent yet balanced, with elegant acidity, this refreshing bubbly offers a crisp finish with a hint of minerality, revealing the proximity to the mountains and calcareous soils where the grapes are grown.

Talley Vineyards Chardonnay, Talley Vineyards Estate

The signature white wine of Talley Vineyards, the Estate Chardonnay represents a pure expression of the calcareous soils and cool maritime climate of the Arroyo Grande Valley produced in a classic old world style, incorporating barrel fermentation and aging.This bottling dates to the inaugural vintage of 1986 and was the first Chardonnay produced in the Arroyo Grande Valley.

Light gold in appearance, the 2016 Estate Chardonnay offers aromas of freshly churned butter with a hint of rose petal.  On the palate, notes of honey-roasted peanuts lead to a rich and toasty finish.  Enjoy this Chardonnay with pad thai or chicken piccata in a caper and butter sauce.

Angeline Chardonnay, Angeline Winery

This Chardonnay has a delicious bouquet of ripe golden pear, tropical pineapple, and sweet honeydew melon, along with aromatic apple blossom, and creamy vanilla bean. Although deceivingly full bodied, the wine maintains a juicy mouthfeel and a clean, concise finish.

Columbia Crest Chardonnay, Grand Estates

This Chardonnay opens with intense aromas of apples and melons, joined by signature characters of crème brulee, caramelized sugar and butterscotch. Ripe orchard fruit flavors are joined by creamy, buttery notes and balanced by lively acidity, creating a rich yet fresh wine.

Frontonio Telescopio, Frontonio Winery

Medium garnet with blue hints. Vibrant red cherry and raspberries and minerality. Toasted cedar aromas coming from..2nd year French barrels in which the wine spent 10 months. MLF done in concrete vessels. Dry, fresh acidity, firm soft tannins, multilayered flavours and integrated alcohol. Long length, with spicey complex nose and vivid persistent palate.

Bread and Butter Chardonnay, Bread and Butter Wines

This Chardonnay opens with rich notes of vanilla bean and almond husk, reminiscent of a decadent crème brûlée. The creamy notes are balanced by a soft minerality and a hint of tropical fruit.  Those creamy notes continue to your palate where they are joined with bright acidity and well-integrated oak that leads into a long, creamy finish.

Custard Chardonnay, Custard Wines

The wine opens with bright aromas of yellow apple, pear, vanilla custard, toasted hazelnut and freshly turned out bread dough. The inviting aromas lead to a silky mouthfeel with lush flavors of tropical pineapple and guava fruit, crème
anglaise and lingering buttered toast notes. The Custard Chardonnay is richly textured and well balanced with juicy fruit and lively acidity. The wine is very food friendly and is excellent alongside a wide variety of dishes including Butternut Squash Ravioli, Fettuccini Alfredo, fresh Dungeness crab and roasted seasonal vegetables.

Sorentberg Riesling Rotschiefer, Verity Wines

The wine is dry, vibrant and zesty. On the nose you will find aromas of intense lime, white flowers, stone fruit and wet stones. The well balanced palate combines intense citrus flavors with a hint of spice, leading to a long and refreshing finish. We would recommend pairing with tuna tataki, Vietnamese salad rolls or any summer vegetable salad or as an aperitif.

Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon, Beringer Wines

The 2015 Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of ripe black fruit, mocha, dried herbs and licorice. Opulent but structured, this versatile wine has supple blue and black fruit notes accented by dark chocolate, roasted coffee and a silky, lingering finish.

Lang & Reed Cabernet Franc, Lang & Reed Wine Company

The 2013 North Coast Cabernet Franc offers expressive aromas of raspberry and cherry kirsch, with highlights of dried
herb and wet stone. The same high toned fruit of raspberry and dark cherry carries through on the palate with a
mouthwatering level of acidity and a soft, easy to enjoy finish. The tannin levels are not intrusive and allow for rewarding pairings with an array of culinary flavors.

Palazzo Della Torre, Allegrini Wines

This wine is a deep ruby red and easily pairs with various Italian dishes, above all risottos, especially those flavoured with saffron, porcini mushrooms and pork; classic dishes such as pasta with Amatriciana and Carbonara sauces, baked lasagna, gnocchi with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts; grilled meats and roasts.

Frontonio Microcosmico, Frontonio Winery

Pale ruby. Raspberry and strawberry over mineral, white pepper and smoked back ground. MLF and ageing for 10 months in concrete vats creates austere and floral elegant style. Dry, fresh acidity, moderate fine tannins and muscular texture. A medium length pure complex wine.

Emilio Moro, Emilio Moro Rodegas

This wine has a cherry color, and it offers a great variety of sensations. On the mouth it’s intense and mouth-watering. On the nose, its richness and variety of aromas stand out: wood, black fruits and vanilla.

Vina Alberdi, La Rioja Alta

Lively, medium depth garnet red withan intense pink rim. The nose stands out for the intensity of fresh aromas of ripe red fruit, wild strawberries, currants and raspberries, against a balsamic background with notes of vanilla, toasted caramel, bakery, coffee and sweet mints. Warm aromatic entry, with good structure and balance and soft, amiable tannins. The aromatic harmony persists on the finish, with marked freshness and balance.  Long in the mouth, it offers a magnificent expression of classic ageing.

Talley Vineyards Pinot Noir, Talley Vineyards Estate

The vintage of Estate Pinot Noir is crimson purple in hue and expressive of the distinctive character of the Arroyo Grande Valley which produces structured Pinot Noir with strong mineral notes. Aromas of raspberry pie, cherry cola, and rhubarb are complemented by soft sandalwood undertones. The palate offers notes of juicy raspberry, plum, cranberry, and a hint of green tea. Enjoy this Pinot Noir with sweet and spicy duck or mushroom risotto with herbs.

Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, DuMOL Wines

Beautifully fragrant, aromatic Pinot: cranberry, pomegranate, fresh raspberry and classic black cherry. Licorice, rose petal, thyme and graphite complexity, freshly-turned earth. Sweet fruit entry, broad rich and tactile but remains lively and supple. Rhubarb compote, darker cassis, baked plum — deep layered intensity. Subtle red-apple-skin tannins and lingering anise perfume.

Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, Big Table Farm

The freshness of the fruit captures you while the richness makes you lean in to drink in the aromatics in a few more times. This wine is giving some darker fruit, espresso and cacao alongside the raspberry and hint of plum. Its rich fruit is held in check with bright acidity. This wine delivers purity of fruit character and just the right amount of tannin and acid to invite you to slow down and take it in.
