Extra Information

Event Coordination

The on-site Event Coordinator will work with you to select your menu, bar selections,
space layout, table set up, timing, rentals needed. Hideaway Inn can assist in referrals for
outside services or vendors should guests request assistance with florist, cake, tablescape,
music, or other wedding coordination services beyond onsite.


Any rentals requested or required by the host, beyond what is included in the catering
or bar packages, will be at the expense of the guest. This includes but is not limited to
dance floors, tents, heaters, special linens, dinnerware, trellis, additional bar setups, etc.


Bridal parties are welcome to take pictures before or after their ceremony or reception in
the immediate area surrounding the venue booked. Pictures are not allowed in areas
where another private event or guests are occupying the space. All photographers will be
required to sign an agreement explaining what areas of the property are accessible to
them for photos.


Guests should understand that the outdoor wedding ceremony and reception are
subject to handling inclement weather (wind, rain, extreme heat, or cold temperatures)
is an inherent risk of utilizing this facility. However, at no additional cost to you, you
may have your elopement at any of our gorgeous indoor locations as well. Rain dates are
not available for any event and The HideAway Inn assumes no responsibility for the
effect of weather on any event.
